Paella season


What can be better rice dish than Paella? For me - nothing! I did like all kinds of plov (pilaf), but after trying this incredible Spanish "turf and surf" staff the rest is just a bland version of it:)

The varieties and combinations are endless. Every part of Spain has its own authentic recipe, which is considered the best, of course. It's like Ukrainian Borsch - people can argue (and fight) endlessly, whose borsch it the best and the "right" one:)) My favorite combination is chicken, andoulli sausage, shrimp and clams, with spicy tomato sauce and saffron, crusty and crunchy at the bottom and melting at the top.... yumm ! Memorial Day starts the season for outdoor grilling, cooking and partying, of course and I am Really looking forward to it!
