I am offering a variety of cooking classes and topics, that can be tailored to you specific interests and needs – be it health reasons, entertaining the quests or surprising your date. Below are just few of them:

BASIC HEALTHY COOKING

The definition of "healthy" can be very different for different people. I can help you with designing the optimal diet, depending on your life style and energy needs. Small twicks can bring big changes!



 

 

VEGAN COOKING  

Sometimes Life demands drastic changes in the lifestyle and a diet. I've been there. I am not a vegan now but I posses a nice bunch of tasty recipes that can help with the transition. 

MACROBIOTIC COOKING

Macrobiotics is a unique approach to healthy eating as it recognizes that every food has it's own energy and that this energy influences the life-force within us. It is belived that following a macrobiotic diet just for 10 days can cure almost every disease.  It's a very simple and organic cooking, that balances Yin and Yan energies in our bodies thus restoring the health.



HEALTHY ITALIAN

Well, Italian, Greek, any other Mediterrainean are healthy by default! What can be wrong with the grilled and roasted fish and meat, accompanied with fresh or grilled veggies, olives, cottage cheese and good wine?  Nothing! It's just  Great!

I've been to Italy several times. I tried several dozens of different pastas: different shapes, lengths, widths, colors - each was designed for a specific sauce or a texture. Frutti de Mare! ragù alla bolognese! rabbit with porchini! crabs with truffles! my beloved sardines and anchoves! Did I gain a single pound? No! You can enjoy the pasta too!
